Glamunity.com has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made by the relevant manufacturer.
Because of the nature of the Internet Glamunity.com provides and maintains Glamunity.com on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of Glamunity.com will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
Glamunity.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
The underwear cannot be returned.
These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
Please note that not all products sold on Glamunity.com are suitable for use outside of the UK. If you access either website from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Glamunity.com may change or withdraw any part of Glamunity.com, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.
Glamunity.com may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of Glamunity.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
Termination shall be without prejudice to Glamunity.com's other rights.
Glamunity.com acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.
If Glamunity.com does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Glamunity.com's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Glamunity.com and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.
Use of Glamunity.com and these Terms are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of English Courts.
